GW Laser will exhibit the latest QCW fiber laser for the first time overseas, as well as 3D printing laser, 3D phase change handheld laser welder and other cutting-edge laser technologies and solutions at Photonics West No.2233. We sincerely invite all the experts and scholars in the field of laser and industry colleagues to visit our booth at No.2233, to discuss the future development of laser technology, and share their experiences and insights with each other. We sincerely invite you to visit our booth No.2233 to discuss the future development of laser technology and share your experiences and insights.

QCW Fiber Laser New Release

QCW Quasi-Continuous Fiber Laser achieves high peak power output similar to that of pulsed lasers to a certain extent, while maintaining a certain average power level to meet the needs of different application scenarios through the special design and control of the continuous fiber laser's operating mode. It can be switched between continuous and pulsed modes. In pulsed mode, by limiting the duty cycle of the laser, higher peak power can be obtained at a lower average power, which is characterized by high peak power and high single-pulse energy. Compared to high-power CW lasers, QCW lasers are typically more cost-effective and productive in applications requiring low heat input or high pulse energy.

Advantages

Application Advantages

1.High energy density and strong penetration

In the same average power, QCW quasi-continuous fiber laser can achieve a greater peak power than continuous fiber laser, so that has a higher power density, in the material processing, such as copper alloy, aluminum alloy welding of thin plate, etc., can play a deeper depth of fusion, to achieve better penetration effect.

2. Low heat impact

Unlike continuous laser that acts on the material continuously, QCW laser acts on the material intermittently, which makes the heat-affected zone smaller and the heat input lower.

3. Flexible mode

It can be set to pulse mode or continuous mode, which can better adapt to different processing needs. In pulse mode, it is also possible to minimize the thermal impact on the part when making cuts.

4. Good beam quality

With the fiber laser's excellent beam quality and small divergence angle, it can achieve precise and fine welding and cutting, and can meet the higher requirements for welding precision and cutting quality applications, such as 3C consumer electronics and medical industries.

As an innovator of fiber laser technology, GW Laser is always committed to providing more accurate and efficient laser solutions for customers around the world. We understand that technology is the driving force behind the industry's development, and technological progress cannot be achieved without the support and cooperation of your peers.

At Photonics West, you will have the opportunity to experience GW Laser's technological innovations and learn more about the technical details and application cases of our lasers. We look forward to discussing the future development opportunities of the laser industry with you at Photonics West No.2233 and creating more possibilities together.
